£400 pc spec, needs 2x gfx cards (not sli/crossfire) for 4 screens

just the computer, don't need an OS

2/4gb ram, fanless gfx cards, quieter the pc the better

don't want to run the cards in crossfire or anything, just need 2 in there

Gonna need more than that Gigabyte board, it lacks a second PCI-E slot cos it's based on the P31 chipset.

As far as I can see, this is the cheapest Intel dual graphics mobo:
