GeForce Release 177.35 WHQL

You can mod them to support older cards in seconds , not a big deal really is it. Stop throwing your toys out the pram you big baby.

So you are telling me that NV should just give us drivers that dont support our cards and make us do the modding? I'm been no big baby its true NV should be adding the support. You dont see ATi releasing drivers and not supports the cards.

Ever thought they may not support some of the features on the old cards and thus didn't meet Microsoft certification in time but they needed to get these out to support the new GT200's?

No didn't think so.

It's not worth getting wound up over when a quick inf modification can sort it. If you're that bothered I heard ATi have some new cards out soon ;)

Tell Nvidia to add support for older cards.

:\

They will, these are hardly out yet, i have an older card and i don't really care if it wasn't for the CUDA support, i'm willing to spend 3 minutes downloading 2 files and installing the drivers.

And sorry, but i don't have direct contact with them, soo :)

I was not that wound up you blown it right out or proportion, on the whole NV driver support is crap,

I've given up on drivers now, cba with it NV can **** off with the monkeys in there drivers department.

Oh sorry I forgot NV provide awsome driver support that supports every card... :o

Look pretty wound up to me then when I questioned it what was up you made a sarcastic comment then said I had an attitude. Very confusing.

we wont get any more performance from our old cards anyway.

Don't install them then

Wonder how they do should be pretty interesting to see.

Please help me compare and evaluate this.
Takes me about 30 minutes to complete a WU i believe.
2740 iterations/sec, if that's anything you can compare it to?

Really interested to see how this stacks up.
On an overclocked, stats in sig, 8800GTS 512MB

(Poor PS3, it gets dominated)

Yeah it's visible, was the chart i was talking about, thanks :)
Where can i check my PPD so i can compare to those results?
According to that, my card gets 5x what a PS3 can do, i quite like that.
