What do you eat for breakfast?

At 515 this morning I had scambled eggs (3 egg), 2 slices of brown bread toasted with some honey, a bowel of porridge, and an apple. That's my breakfast 75% of the time and it's great - I can't live without breakfast. I have a proper decent sized breakfast when I'm not rushing for work on the weekends.

i heard there breakfasts are horrid, though ive never had one (due to the fact i was told there horrid, which is why ive never had one, cos someone told me there not good, which is prob why ive never had one)

That's a lot of egg intake

I had for breakfast today: ryvita goodness bar (mixed berry) and 2 slices of oatmeal toast.

By around mid-morning I have a banana.

I'm trying to cut down my calorie intake and junk at the moment because I've gained a little bit of flab in the mid-section - doing lots of cardio workouts too to lose it. :p

I miss dougnuts for breakfast :(

large glass of semi skimmed milk as its quite heavy and fills me up to lunch time! I cycle to work and although it is not a long ride (3 miles). Its not too havy to be uncomfortable

Normally a couple of weetabix during the week at work and then a bacon sarnie or toast at the weekends, all with the obligitory(sp?) cuppa

That's an eggstremely unhealthy amount of cholesterol.

Nope. I've done my research and I can assure you my cholestrol level is more than perfectly healthy, in fact my body is so healthy it's off the charts. :)

Oh and they don't all include the yolk if that's what worries you, I'm into my body building and nutrion I know what I'm doing ;)

Besides the cholesterol we get from our food - and this includes eggs - has less effect on the amount of cholesterol in our blood than the amount of saturated fat we eat. So, if you are eating a balanced diet you only need to cut down on eggs if you have been told to do so by your GP. And I'm bang on so I can eat as many as I want and they're great for you :)
