Beat THAT Petrol Price Game

The one time I drove in to get some fuel a few months back they didn't sell super. Ended up having to go around Marsh Mills twice and use Sainsburys.

That's my prob, kinda. Got a stage 1 ECU (Mapped for super) to swap in on my 200sx, yet getting super down here always seems a bit random :( With the cost of fuel going up, i'm debating whether to put my turbo back on the road at all let alone put the ecu in that forces me to use super eek.

In some ways, thank goodness I don't live in Plymouth any more for the traffic chaos, but living 19 miles away from it means I have a long way to drive just to get to derriford for work... which means a joyful ride on the bus lately :(

Think highest i've seen personally is about 119.9 at texaco in tavistock.

Trouble for me is I don't think morrisons in tavistock do super (I don't think) which leaves me with basically roborugh tesco, or texaco for super argghhh!

Hmm, most of the prices on my way to work (Exeter to Ashburton) seemed to be in the £1.20's. Will have a closer look on the way home.

Also, this is the most devon-centric thread I've ever read. Well done.

i saw on the bbc site it was a maximum of a £5 perchase too per vehicle to conserve his stock :o

filled up at sainsburys this morning for 114.9. Which is pretty good for bristols. Seeing as even tescos is 116.9.

I did see a garage selling 128.9 for unleaded and 138.9 for diesel . Who would pay that.

I get a few £ off petrol every month from Shell, fillup fully every 2 weeks = nice vpower card points, often double points :D

113.9ppl

You heard wrong. A litre of diesel is 1.46 euros. This is £1.15 a litre.

This is correct. I was in France las week and believe it or not, Diesel is cheaper than petrol! Only slightly but still....

I'd have taken a pic of the pumps when I went to fill up today but the station had run dry and there is nowhere for miles that sells Optimax. Bah humbug.

The highest I have seen is 138.9 for the fancy Shell diesel. I seen a guy put it into his P reg A4 TDi a few days ago.

Shell seem to be consistently cheap looking at the results from my workmates' searches. I wonder if the likes of BP are getting a bit of a battering due to this? If not, then petrolprices.com needs to be publicised a bit more in the media :p
