How to flash asus p5wdh deluxe

This is my problem how do i go about flashing a bios been to asus site and that seams a right pain i have 2hd,s , one with vista 64 the other xp .Never done it before but heard there is a much easier approach with a piece of software cannot remeber the name :confused:

Asus EZFlash in the BIOS and a USB Stick.

It has been a success in installing i had to format the stick in natformat though which took me a bit of time figure out

never mind now its done thanks for the advice

You can also do it with AsusUpdate. Not sure if there is x64 version though.

That is well known for killing boards. Always do it from within the BIOS, not Windows.
