It's an image so i can't stick it in a translator.
 
Basically it just says the site has shutdown for whatever reason. Access to the site is suspended until further notice.

It's simplified Chinese, I can read it but I can't write it because I was taught traditional Chinese in school.

The official spoken language is the same Standard Mandarin though.
