McDonald's diet

Sure but it does make a difference losing 6 stones from 20 to 14 and losing some weight below that.I mean I am around 13 stones myself so losing a few stones should pose bigger challenge than if I weighted 20.

Also, people dont argue that everything in McD's menu is meant to make one gain weight but the most of the popular items there such as the Big Mac, the fries etc do.

I must eat three Maccy's meals a week, Big macs and a choccy milkshake, partnered by lots of junk food and a few takeaways, my weight has been stable for about 6months when i stopped growing. 15 years old, 6" odd, only weigh about 13 stone :)

I'm similar. 18, under 6 foot (haven't measured my height in years), weigh 12 stone.

Pretty crap diet too.

I'd be more concerned about being 6 inches.

when i was workin away a few years back i must have had a burger king quarter pounder bacon cheeseburger meal 4/5 times a week for about 2 months. weighed less then than i do now and did before :o :(

You could lose weight by eating a Big Mac for breakfast, lunch then dinner. It's about the calories, not how healthy the food is.

Exactly. You can easily incorporate fast food into a diet, provided you ensure that you keep your intake within calorie limits.

if you cant run a mile in under X amount of time your unhealthy, fat people cant run

I would put money on some of the bigger guys on here who train 3 times a week in the gym couldnt run a mile very fast but neither would I call them unhealthy
