you guys realise that you dont just need to be fat to be unhealthy.
It's also not always true that if you're fat you're unhealthy![]()
if you cant run a mile in under X amount of time your unhealthy, fat people cant run
You could lose weight by eating a Big Mac for breakfast, lunch then dinner. It's about the calories, not how healthy the food is.
