My new car

Unfortunatly due to a woman who can't take corners without going onto the wrong side of the road my previous car ended up like this:

However, I picked up my new one last Monday. It's a 2002 1.6 Chic has a few nice features that my zetec didn't have like heated leather seats and a 6 disc CD changer :) It's also only done 39,000 miles.

Today I foamed it, washed it with some NXT, polished it using some AG Super Resin then finished it off with some AG High Defination Wax. Here she is :)

I've still got a few things I would like to do such as fit some Osram night breakers and get a full set of mats in. All of which will be done within the next few weeks.

What do you think?
 
Thats very nice, how much did you pay for that if you dont mind me asking. i've got 4k to spend and i'd like something like that as oposed to a fez.
 
£3700 Luckly I got a fairly good valution from my insurance company for my old car but as you can imagine I still had to contribute a fair bit towards this new one.
 
thats a bargain for that kind of money, shame about the girly names they gave the special editions like "elle" and "chic" :rolleyes:

Yeah the elle and chic models were aimed at women. I'm not complaining though, doesn't exactly look very girly to me :)

Your carpet is peeling! looks shiny outside though.

The interior of these cars though has never been my fav, they are too un-fengshui!
 
Awesome car, bro. Gutted about the last one. Some people are just not meant to be on the road. :S.... Lush new car though! :)

P.S - What are the heated leather seats like?

Cheers mate :)

The seats are great, they don't take long to heat up at all and then they have to be turned off before they get too hot!
 
:eek: @ the old car. How did the other car come off?, similar damage?

New car looks great, i was after a grey one myself but they were pretty rare when i was looking.

Judging by the fact the passenger side is caved in, and the drivers side looks fine, im guessing he hit the bank not the other car...

You would be guessing right. I swerved to avoid the car, in doing so I hit a raised curb (out of picture) and lost control ending up in the ditch :(
