Can't be bothered with faffing about with molex adapters and whatnot, I've bought an ASUS GTX 280 and although my PSU has the ooomph it's lacking in the bloody 8-pin PCIE cable (TAGAN 600U35 non-modular) so I thought sod-it, at least a modular will keep my case looking a bit tidier!

Does anyone know how what amps this has on the all important 12v rail?

My current Tagan has 48amps.

It's going to be complete overkill, but if you want the extra headroom then that's ok.

IMO, 500W for single card, 750W for dual GPU and then factor in how much extra you want for redundancy.
