Theres no money in the game up there, so £20,000 a week is probably too much for them. He was rumoured to move to Spurs for around £10m but Rangers dont want to sell, hence the new deal.

Read this morning that Arshavin wants to play in Spain, but pretty sure that Abramovich will dictate where he plays next season.

As for us signing Villa, love to see it, but its not going to happen.

It's funny, I was thinking just the other day that I've yet to see a decent picture of Nasri, despite all these stories about him going to Arsenal. Before the Euros, all the sites seemed to use the same pic of him mid-play, looking like he's about to cross the ball. Which is all when and fine until they decide to crop to a face-only pic, ala the Beeb, and then it's just him gurning like a moron. Now, all the Euros have added is two more awful pics of him, just in a France shirt.

EDIT: Eeee, my eyes :(

It seems to be they're obsessed with "action" shots for these pics. Why can't they just take a decent one of them standing around, waiting for the ball, or such?
