My Eventful Sunday Afternoon...

I'm truely impressed! This is something i will have to do with my friends, i've got enough Guitar Hero players back at uni to have a full 4 piece band!

Nice going guys!

:D

I live with 3 other guys (all can be seen / heard in the 2nd vid) one is a drummer (as seen) the other is a very good singer too, but i think singing for 5 hours is a bit much haha, and my final housemate can do bass/guitar but struggles on medium - so we tend to leave him him out for Hard/Expert

5 hours of listening to "rat a tat tat " on plastic drums? yuk

why not learn to play proper instruments you have got the time to spend learing by the looks of it!

the tap tap sound is made worse by the mic on the camera its not really noticable to be honest.

Also the guy drumming can play drums and guitar - and i can play the triangle so there!

your sarcasm for what? just saying I don't see the point in wasting hours on pretending to play an instrument when you can use that time to learn how to play one properly, then once learnt you have a gift you can enjoy for life rather until this fad of I wanna be rockstar games ends.

But its typical of the society today which seems to want instant fame (ie BB etc) and now instant muscians

Why not go kill real people instead of playing fps games?
Why not go join a professional football team instead of playing FIFA?
Why not go out on to the street, pick up a prossie, take her around in your car, have some fun, kick her out then run her over, before leading the police on a chance which ends up with you getting blown up by a chopper?

Never will be such thing as instant musicians ive been playing drums for over 14 years and for any of the rock band "drummers" to know half as much of the principles behind what there playing it would take me at least a good year for me to teach them and for them to understand. they know, no theory! but i think its good they can pick it up on a sunday and have a blast! and feel what its like to play the music, on different sort of level, your talking about people wasting time, in a day 5 hours and 40 minutes, you would learn close to nothing on how to play an instrument. dont talk daft! this game was designed to bring friends together, for fun, nothing else

Musicianship is passion and always will be, it will never be exploited and a game will certainly never make brilliant instrument players...

They hit things to the colours on the screen its not musicianship its just fun, like dance dance!

Its only a bit of clean fun mate let em enjoy it!
