I never comment on a game unless I have played it, and I usually give it a proper go before I comment (e.g. BF:BC). I'm certainly not a blind fanboy who spreads lies and slander for no reason.

Thestig1, On true form again. For fun I did a search of thestig1's posts, All the posts on page one of the search are anti PS3. And the funny thing is, That's all he's contributed
same as Mr Men, change of posting style by TheStig1 is very deliberate for a reason
I do have the 60GB version, my son does play the odd PS2 game on there but im sure i could manage with a 40GB version no probs.

I take it this edited post was a reply to mine then. The fact that you had to edit it for the softies shows that it must have had real attitude - quite dissapointed that I missed it now as I normally find Kreeeee's 'completely unbiased' comments quite amusing, especially when he's trying to defend himself as not being a fanboy!

I would actually agree- I think it is (MGS4)... Few games have made me think "wow" this gen, a few on the PC, and maybe Gears and Mass Effect on the 360.

I appreciate MGS4 isn't everyone's cup of tea you might not like the gameplay or the controls or the lengthy cutscenes, the story or the characters, but even you a blatant PS3 Hater has to appreciate the graphics, the attention to detail in the environments, the lighting, the sound design, the way it transitions from cutscenes to gameplay, whether you want to admit it or not it has raised the bar in terms of both audio and visuals this gen.
Just for the record, my post wasn't aimed at anyone specifically, just generally.

i hate the things it lacks at the moment
i went and got motorstorm and resistance today i hope they can give me some good gaming i also like formula one game
for mgs
i agree its brilliant to look at by far the best graphics i have seen on a console same for gt5p blows any 360 racer away for looks
i just dont get it
maybe because i have not played it since mgs1

I wouldn't get rid of my PS3 now, it sits nicely in my living room and blends in with the other stuff.
The 360 has been relegated to the conservatory, just too noisy (the dvd drive whines more than the wife
)Both are good consoles, but for me the PS3 is the one I would choose to have in my living room.
