You should have keyed and kicked the undamaged panels. Shame you werent smoking at the time and dropped the fag end onto a nice flammable piece of carpet...

Illegal to smoke in a Company car
It's not a blanket ban on company cars. Not sure on the exact regulation but believe if it is a pool car you are not allowed to smoke in it (shared). If you take the car home and are allowed to use it for private use you can.
Are you sure that it's not the other way round and in fact you're stalking the car, after all you do keep going back to it?
Just think what the cars going through, sounds to me like it's had a nervous breakdown and the time spent separated will probably make it feel like a new car when you stalk it back.
