I think you should talk to her tonight rather than just kicking her out straight. Say that you feel things are not going well and you are not happy. See if she admits feeling the same etc.

I don't just plan on saying "Hi welcome home, now get out"

I plan on talking about everything, (not the snooping).
Telling her I do not want this anymore, I don't feel I can trust you, I believe something is going on and gut instinct etc and whatever else comes out of my head.


It annoyed me last night him ringing her in my house!!!!!!:mad:

guess she had not text'd him to say "Magic" is on his way home.

My biggest problem with this whole thread is this, what the hell are you going to do if when you speak to her she has a 100% valid reason behind her behaviour ?

You've cancelled a holiday, sent her cloths back to god knows where, without her knowing linked her phone bill to yours yada yada yada. If this happens SHE is going to dump you mate and tomorrow we will see a post entitled "ZOMG im such a fool"

In addition to all of the above , is she listed on the mortgage? if so she may well be entitled to half of th ehouse, have you considered the implication of any of this ?

Yes, i'm sure there is a 100% valid reason for her sending an absolute ton of texts to a man at work and then deleting them from her phone, both sent and received. And a valid reason for her asking things like "it's not working, why do we bother", and their sex life tailing off. And a valid reason for her MSN'ing her friends and family clearly making out that there is something in the pipeline that doesn't involve her boyfriend. And i'm sure there's a valid reason for a bloke ringing her all the time, especially as soon as the OP goes out of the house or any time he knows he's not going to be there. Etc etc etc.

God, how ****ing stupid are some of you people. Seriously.

Name me a reason ? why hide something from me and never mention his name but text and call him all the time as well as starting to come home later from work.

I am findind out about cancelling the holiday at the moment, 23 mins on hold grrrr.

Not taken clothes back yet, will do later today though.

As for her as common in law. She is not known at my home. She contributes towards food, thats it. Her post arrive at her parents house.

Anyhow, I believe she is looking for a way out with what she has been saying and acting lately, so this should therefore open the door for her easily to walk through.
