Being billed by EA

Have been billed for the past few months by EA GAMES. 8.99 and recently gone upto 9.99 pretty unsure what ive been paying for as to my knowledge i have no subscriptions im waiting on a reply, but if anyone knows of any games or mmo's with subscriptions from ea drop them here and it may jog my memory. thanks

yea i have a lot of games on the go and its only 9.99 but needs to stop. no ea store service.

Some people beggar belief. Your paying for something and you don't know what it is.
Just as dumb as that person who didn't take a meter reading when he moved in.

Why don't you log on and see what you have paid for.

EA billing at 9.99 could be (from memory)
Ulitma Online
The Sims online (although i think it's meant to be free for current subscribers as it's closing down soon).
Dark Age of Camalot? (Mythic are EA Mythic now)

I can't think of any of their other online games that have a sub, apart from Warhammer Online which is still in alpha/beta (i'm eagerly awaiting my beta key

)

Credit card or Direct Debit?

If it's credit card then yup, you've got to find who you gave your card details to. If it's direct debit then the bank have told you a porky (they sometimes don't like doing it but you can stop a DD at the bank).

This is the one reason I avoid credit card authorities unless I'm very sure who I'm dealing with.

im guessing its direct debit but i did hand over my details. if not ill move bank if ea wont tell me.

It will tell you on the statement you looked at, if its a DD then the bank can cancel it otherwise its a CCA which either you cancel with the company or (you could) report your card stolen and then new card = new numbers = no bill (unless its a Credit card and then they cant still charge it somehow!!*)
