When a company sends you mail, even junk mail, and it contains a freespot envelope do they pay if that individual envelope is posted or do they just pay a certain rate to allow for free postage up to a certain amount of volume?
I only ask because I was just sifting through some junk mail and I thought it would be satisfying to post the envelopes back empty....if they had to pay for it.
