What pSU wattage should i be getting?

Hello

This is my system spec can someone advise me of a quiet and adequate psu please. taking into account i am hoping to overclock stuff not sure if that takes more electric from psu.

Intel E8400
Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3 mobo
PC2-6400cd dual vista gold (2x2gig) ram
ATI Radeon HD 4850 512mb GDDR3 Graphics Card

I believe 500W should be enough. It has to be a good one though, like corsair. And yes overclocking does eat up more juice

Id get a crosair hx620. Some headroom for future upgrades

Yeh if he wants to do crossfire in future, but otherwise 500W is more than enough
