Hi guys.
I'm on this diet at the moment which consists of water, and 2 'milkshakes' a day ( I use that term lightly) No chewing gum. No flavored mouthwash. No nothing just water and these 2 shakes!
It is working very well, and will set me up to start eating a little more healthy and varied diet and start cooking more.
I have about another week and a half of this diet to go, and it has left me looking very forward to my first proper meal! And I have the urge to start trying new foods, new meats and new ways of cooking.
One of the meats I have considered trying is Rabbit. I have to admit, Like most people the idea of eating game is a little strange and i am a little un-certain about it. I was wondering what people here think of it, what it tastes like, what does it compare to, best ways to cook it etc etc.
If anyone has any other recommendations for recipes which are a little out of the ordinary then please shout.
Also, Are global knives still the best choice? I have an excuse to buy new stuff ah ha
