Best thing you've ever won

I won the Senior Cadets (i.e. 17+) shot-put and discus championship. Doesn't sound much, but there wasn't a cadet (air, sea, nor army) in the country that was better than me at the time. I had an offer to go on for nationals but refused.
 
I've not won anything for ages, but when I was a kid I would win bottles of wine and spirits left right and center from raffles etc. Used to keep my Grandad happy, but I rarely won anything I could use, just loads of booze!
 
Two tickets for the British grand prix last year, the tickets were worth £300+ each, courtesy of Renault, was a brilliant day out!
 
i won a double deck amstrad video year's ago at a wrok's raffle.
i have won small thing's from work raffle's in the past and i won another dvd/video combo last november from a work's raffle as well.

pretty crappy prize if i'm honest.

when i was younger (about 10) we were learning about tudors that month and as a special 'thing' my teacher did a compo to see who could do the best drawing of something tudor on a postcard, naturally my immense drawing skills won the prize of a (very nice at the time) pens, i'd looked in the shop at them, but they were about £10 and back then there was absolutely no way my family could afford to buy them outside of a birthday or christmas present, so that was a big one for me :D

a travel chess set from a game of pass the parcel (again, about 10)

and last year i won about £50 worth of games workshop models due to me being cool :cool: (ok, maybe using the word 'cool' in conjunction with tiny plastic soldieers wasn't very 'cool'...)

that is the sum total of my lives winnings :(

I also won a nice 18yr old bottle of whisky last year which was very nice!

Biggest other thatn that which i am claiming was £7.5k with the daily mail a good few years back, they did a competition which was based around football scores for the weekend, you had to add up scores from certain games and if you scored a certain amount of points you won a prize. I was working for a paper shop at the time, so nicked all the left over cards on the first weekend of the competition, kept checking them each week and found i had won the £7.5k, though i couldn't claim it as wasn't over 18. My old fella kindly claimed it for me............. and bought me a £200 colour telly and pocketed the rest!!!!!!!!!
 
I won a massive mecano set from Metro radio. At 7 years old that was just about the coolest thing I could have possibly won. Many hours of joy were had building cranes, tanks, helicopters :D
