Girlfriend's 21st birthday next monday, any ideas what to get?

I'm stumped :(

Usually I get her box set of dvd's

ie, Friends 1-10, Columbo 1-7 etc etc

Need to get something better than dvd's this year, but because i'm a boy, can't think of anything
 
I need the same question answered really, its my fiancees 21st in October... i feel i should start planning now

you could get her a day/weekend at a spa bledd? (thats what i was going to do until her mum decided to get that for her >_< damnit)
 
did the meal in a restaurant last year & before that (and went to watch die hard 4 in cinema.. -she loves die hard)

we've arranged a meal in the chinese with a few of her & my friends going (and her mum etc) for sat..

her brothers bought her a digicam for christmas (good suggestion though)

she's wouldn't appreciate a spa etc as much as say my mum would
 
ok - how about some jewellry? Its a must for a 21st to buy something that will keep and be of sentimental value someday. Wouldn't have to cost a fortune though. I bought camera + necklace + something else but cant remember what!
 
a new graphics card and processor

i'd actually go with a nice engraved piece of jewellery tbh

I don't know - why not try cooking dinner, jewellry, day/weekend out or abroad, hotel maybe? Concert she wants to see? Theatre?

trouble is, thursday pm is the only chance i'll have to go shopping :S

Totally buy her a cheapo tea set, give it to her, and make her think that's all you got her.

She'll be really surprised when you eventually reveal that it was just a joke present :P And it works for you, as she'll be even more receptive to whatever you give her/do for her. Plus, it's something amusing to bring up in light conversation.
 
i don't know about yours but mine goes weak at the knees just at the thought of shoes. Go window shopping with her and buy what she liked most :)
 
Depending on how long you both have been going out get a digital picture frame and put all the pictures of you both you can find on there then take her out for a meal or something. Girls like things like that even thou it doesnt mean much to the bloke until the end of the night. :D:D

Why not have a conversation with her where you say "Honey ive got some things planned for your birthday (DO NOT SAY IM A CLUELESS FOOL AND SO FAR IVE GOT YOU NOWT :D ) but I was just wondering as its your 21st and its special, is there anything youve always wanted"

And make sure you listen! :p
