New/used car - £400pm or £18k

Ive got the same budget and im currently deciding between a ITR (DC5) or CTR (FD2), i wasnt impressed with the Golf GTI, whereas the the DC5 just felt so good. For me the ITR is favoured over the UK CTR because its less common and for some weird reason my insurance quotes have been much cheaper. :confused:

I honestly dont know what I'd pick - £18k seems rather a lot of money to spend on a Honda, Ford or Volkswagen irrespective of how cheap they are. If I wanted a hot hatch I'd probably reduce the budget and get something largely the same but cheaper :)

Well, it can be less than what I suggested. Suggestions would be fantastic...I have an open mind.
 
e90 330i are just about dropping to this, might need to stretch to 20k for a gooden though? 276bhp and rwd, cant be bad :D
 
Could get an early Elise 111R for that, most fun you're probably gonna have (although not terribly practical admittedly)
