Hey.... just wondering what the best fans are ... i have a cosmos.. so im really looking for them to be quiet but also have the ability to shift some air when it starts getting warm!

Thanks Very much

I'm going for Noctuas in my build, the last fans I had were 12v Yate Loons and the noise from them didn't bother me, so I know for sure the 20dBA of the Yates won't.

And they seem to shift a good amount of air as well.

The Yateloons are nice fans, my personal favourites are the Sharkoon Silent Eagle 2000, if you are really worried about noise you can hook em up to the motherboard for control or use a fan controller.. or get the 1000 model which is quiter

Noctuas if you can afford them

Yate Loons if not or Red xilence at the cheaper end of the market.

Started with Antec Tri-Cool: powerful but very noisy. Switched to Yate Loon DS12M: cheap feel, low airflow and two out of five make a ticking noise. Switched again to Hiper: best yet, higher airflow for the same noise levels as the YL and noticeably better build.

Nexus (OCUK don't stock them though) offer great value for money.
Sharkoon SIlent Eagles
Then Noctua if you can afford them

Did he say cost ?.

Have you read the comments in the shops comment section ?.

Cheap aint always the best. ;)

Cheap is never the best, it's always a balancing act.

The way I see it:

I needed 5 120mm fans for my case.

Nexus = £25
Noctua = £75

I used the £50 saved to invest in a cheap fan controller, and got a better cpue cooler.

Swings n roundabouts :p
