Spec me a TV show with crazy people buying property in Spain

What was that TV show a while back that had a couple of complete nutters trying to buy a house in Spain with the intention of turning it into an exclusive hotel?

It had some weird wannabe rock-star with a huge nose, and his absolute nut-job of a girlfriend who fudged up pretty much everything they did.

Think it went out Friday evenings.

Don't remember beans, but I remember Rocco eating peach slices out of a can, along with the quote "I deserve a peach".
