How good a a 360 at upscaling DVD movies to 720p through HDMI?

the fans go quiter to aswell as the drive being slower, trust me!

The fans also spin down and I can tell the difference when they have, I watch a lot of stuff on my 360 - its my media player

As do I, the fans are the same speed for any task for me but they're very quiet so not an issue.
