Peeled off the stickers with the obligatory manga crap on [why they insist on this crud is beyond me]. Interesting that they were different on the underside. Cards are in the same boxes with same order. Bit sus.

Why?

You have two 4850's there, they haven't tried to fob you off with a disguised x1950 pro or anything.

Also, I'm not sure if taking the sticker off voids your warranty but still. One has the default sticker, the other doesn't or you might have pulled it off.

Probably just sourcing the different HSF from different companies, or the hsf revision changes occasionally during the the manufacture of the card. Doubt there will be more than few decibel/rpm/airflow difference between them, and the PCB underneath will most likely be exactly the same but with maybe a few different companies capacitors on it for exmple.

Sorry, I'm still missing the days when 9800Pros could be flashed to 9800XTs and 6800LEs could be unlocked to Ultras, so something like "OMFGBBQ SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT COOLER" is not very newsworthy to me I apologise and will take my cynicism elsewhere.
