PCI-E 6 Pin connectors dont fit!!

Had to buy a couple of 6 PIN PCI-E connectors to power my second 4870. BUT they dont fit if you look closely at the attached photo the middle two female sockets on the GPU are both trangular, on the actual male connector itself one is sqaure and the other trangular!!!

I cant believe this, is there anyway round it, I didnt relise there are 2 different makes of PCI-E connectors!!?

Yup it has 2 molex going into one PCI-E 6 PIN

this was an issue on my 1950 AGP card, I chamfered the edge of the square pin, (with a penkinfe file) took aggges and was a real pain, only just got it to fit. others had this issue too
Then the card was useless
(loads of HIS 1950 AGP cards were borked)

I think you need the adapters that are black plastic, not sure if that necessarily solves the problem tho...

I'd check pin layout is the same before connecting it up..better than blowing up your GPU and PSU..

There is one pin missing in the middle, not sure if it is needed?
