FF VII - I just love it when you leave Midgar for the first time and it pans out to show you just how little of the world you've seen - absolutely breaktaking.
Tomb Raider, when you climb to the top of the Sphinx and the camera pans away to show you how high up you are - you do go higher in the game, but that was the best one.
WoW - there have been some big bosses in the game, but Ragnaros is one of my favourites, with Majordomo Executus announcing his arrival, then this omgwtfbbq huge flame pillar springing up out of the lava - epic.
CoD4 - when you get caught in the nuclear explosion - that was brilliantly done, I was actually choked up by that scene.

Recently it's been Lost Winds, Mario Galaxy, and certain parts of MGS4. If we're talking of all time - my fondest and most oooooooooooo making moments over the years have been playing Mario 64 for the first time, discovering SF2 in a dodgy arcade in croydon, and playing Secret of Mana in 3 player co-op over a summer holiday with my best mate and brother. It doesn't matter how good things get, nothing will match those 3.

Portal... i loved the game and the ending
This impressed me, till I learnt how to do the moveAkuma's one-hit finishing move in the Alpha series.

MGS4
Oh god there are too many to list!
N64 was the first thing to truley wow me (though lemans 24hour on my p2-450 pretty much did when i was 9-10) so Goldeneye, BanjoKazzoie and Conkers BFD all did it for me Also Zelda Majoras Mask really really impressed me, graphics and gameplay were miles better than OoT.
The dreamcast did full stop! my mate got one on release day and i was so wowed by soul caliber and crazy taxi on it
. Shenmue and sonic adventure 2 were my other massive wows!
GT4 and GTA vice city still wow me a bit....
But my latest one is The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess on the Gamecube (i payed £15 for the console and £30 for the game) and every time i do anything in the game im almost speachless! everyone must play it on the cube!
