What do you do to lower your stress ?

Sleeping will only aggrivate it and messing up your sleep pattern will stress you out even further. It's a viscious circle.

Exercise is a good way to let off some steam but I also find a quiet round of golf by myself works wonders.

Failing that, a hand shandy.

Hard to argue with.
 
All the time when i'm at Uni. I don't like it though. They've got one in Upton Park which is miles better.
If you're around in Uni Sept time i'll give you a game.

Ah yes, you've finished by now, my last exam is July 24th :\

I heard the Upton Park one was dodgy! Might have to check it out some day.
 
Well i'm still local, about 30 mins away so don't mind popping by during a revision break of yours. Upton Park one is bigger, but slightly less dodgier than the Mile End one ;)
 
The age old internet rule of exaggeration. Divide by 8 and add 4.

Before I started running I thought distance was at least 3 x further
eg 1 mile would be 3 miles.
I remember arguing with one runner about how far he'd gone.
I worked it out as 15 mile and he insisted on 5 so I got in my car and it was 5.
It was then I realised that proper runners knew exactly how far they went.
There was somebody on here a few months ago who reckoned they walked 1 mile in 10 mins:eek:
That means they walk as fast as I run - yeah OK.
