Tekken 5 - ps3 - NO ENDING MOVIES?!?!?! :O

I just bought this of the psn, and its got no ending movies!!!

Used to love completing it with every character to watch the ending when I was a kid...

And I was raving mad with jinpachi/gimpachi - he well badly ****ed me off!! He was rock hard lol.

yea a bit of a shame, i reckon it was a delibrate move to keep the download size down. you should be playing online anyway, that is what takken 5 DR is all about

can't wait for tekken 6 though, that will be our proper next-gen tekken fix

You can download the ending movies. (99.99999% certain)

benga, play it online!!

tekken 5 DR is a psp port with added online functionality. you can tell its been totally streamlined for that in mind, i mean you have all the characters unlocked from the start! plus all beat em ups are only good when you're actually playing with real people lol!

Go to Gallery and there you can see listed the movies you are entitled to see. Then you download them. It's 50,000 credits to download them each. I think you get the credits from survival or ghost or 2 player mode. Can't recall.

Takes about 2 minutes to download each one, maybe 50-100 mb files each, tops, I think.

Hmmm, i was thinking of getting this when i get a DS3 as I'll have 2 pads then but I'm not sure now. Might wait for T6 if its not too far off.

It is better without the DS3 (rumbling in beat em ups is annoying and unnecessary). If you turn the rumble off you may as well be playing with a sixaxis

I want to get ba DS3 for other games as well, been wanting one for a while. I also think the extra weight will make the pad feel better. Mainly just want 2 pads for 2 player and may as well get the new pad, it's only £29.99 from a UK store as well

So, I seen the galery - I can download 3 peoples starter movies. Ive completed it now with hwoararang and kazuya, but their endings are not coming up to download - whats going wrong?

i think you can only see the "new" characters ending movies, which would be lily, dragunov and someone else (jinpachi??)

if you really really want to see the ending movies then i suggest you buy tekken 5 for the ps2, which is the same game but without the online mode and minus lily/dragunov.

that or wait for tekken 6

If you are going to vbe playing online dont play with rp2000, he cheats, im sure he uses both hands with a fancy controller

i just bought this about a hour ago,and so far i think its well worth the money my psn is same as my 360 one if anyone wants to add me and have a game somtime.I havent had my ps3 long so have no idea how the online play works lol

The Ghost modes can be pretty tough, from memory and are based off uploaded Ghost fighters from the online version of the PSP one. My biggest regret is never owning the PSP version at the time, else I am hopeful I would have got my character uploaded into the PS3 version!! But compared to other modes like Survival it is tougher as it is harder than playing Normal AI as it is based on patterns uploaded by real players.

It gets boring after a while though as you get so many credits and it get's boring buying different suits etc for your characters. I am sure I have over 3.5 mill credits and nothing to spend them on (I only use 1 character) apart from Concept Art and other rubbish.
