How do you find out min/text allowance on T-Mobile?

I've got a sim only contract and I can't for the life of me find where my allowances for mins and texts are, when I got 150-1-2 it says free internet but nothing else which is useful :rolleyes:

actually its 'ba' to 150 for unbilled balance, or 'al' to 150 for allowance

automated systems do not update correctly on or around your bill date (the day your allowance renews). if thats today then that will be the reason why. just call 150 to find out, they'll check for you.
