HELP Cant sleep! excess saliva and phlegm & sore pharynx!

I was at the gym on monday and i was groaning like a NO! trying to lift the goddamn weights. Now i have the simptoms in thread title.

What should i do plz :( cant sleep, saliva keeps coming to my mouth and i have to keep spitting or swallowing it!
 
ermm, do ** cheeks feel different? like a sort of pain but not so much a pain, jus different? wierd feeling?

if so i had that a few times and it dies down after a while. get something to eat and try again.
 
really, that sounds like what i had.

i dont remember doing anythig in particular to get rid of it, but then i was awake when it happend so it wasnt such a propblem.

you could always sleep with ** mouth open, and get used to the soggy pillow^^

btw i have another theory.

you were dreaming about an oversized burger in early hours of sleep. and in turn your body produced more saliva.

that aside, it looks like we're both awake all night, cos that spider (from the other thread) aint movin.
