Just saw the A380 fly over my work place!

It is massive! And suprisingly very very silent, it took 10 seconds after flying over me for its noise to drown out/disappear, very impressive.

The weird thing though was, it was clearly painted in Airbus markings, so must be here for the Farnborough Air Show, yet it was flying towards Heathrow...will it park there for a few days and then 'hop across', or will it make a big turn over London?

I work in GUildford - I don' think it was flying anywhere else but Heathrow or possibly Farnborough though, as it was very low and I could clearly read "Airbus" on its side.

How do u know I have a USB missile launcher? :/

But if it is pointing towards Heathrow/London, does that not mean it will have to do a 90 degree turn? Im pretty sure that Farnborough's runway is pointing the same way as the A380 was oriented....or am I getting confused?
