All the resi games have been kinda clunky tbo.

Yeah I'd hoped that was the main thing they'd be improving. Does it feel like none of the Japanese IP's have really improved this gen? Stuff like Ninja Gaiden 2, DMC4, this all feel very similar to last gen efforts. Haven't tried MGS4 but that looks like it plays very similarly as well.
