its all part of my summer get fit quick scheme, I used to mountain bike loads but had all my old mounts nicked (10k's worth at 17 years old put me off it in a big way!), cant belive how light things are nowadays.

anyway just thought I'd post something a wee bit different.

Very very nice bike, got a normal kula myself (wishes for a supreme)
Is that a cateye single shot light ? I ordered one today, how are they ?

<3 Kona bikes. I have a 2002 Lavadome with a few minor mods (namely a slightly better than stock headset, Clubroost bars, Manitou Skareb Platinum forks and an Easton seatpost) - great bike, but I need some more road friendly tyres for it as I mainly use it to commute.

Yours looks like a cracking bike. ;)

Nice wheels you got on that.

Build it yourself?

nah although im sure i could, used to build and true all my wheels back int he day, still amazed at the weight (or lack thereof) of the wheels, I used to have tyres that weighed more!

the light is awesome, its only the cheaper rechargable version, im not a huge night rider so couldnt justify £100+ on a light :p

A mountain bike in London?

Yay :p

I wish I could get back into mountain biking. Up here in the country so many places to take advantage of.

Yeah I went for the cheaper version myself, single led, still nearly £50 ouch.
