Recommend me a "bad boi" film

Small Faces might be worth a look, it isn't one I've watched yet but I've got the DVD and intend to get round to it soon.
Scum is also worth a punt, both are available cheaply on DVD, I think I paid about £5 each for them.

//edit and while I'm at it I might as well recommend Once Upon A Time In America and Donnie Brasco. If you don't like them then you'll eat your hat.

On the subject of subtitled films and along vaguely similar lines Dobermann and Infernal Affairs are good choices. And for a cheesy Lock, Stock... style film, try Stickmen which is from NZ.
