Current best drivers for 8800gt, Vista64, GRID

I've been using the 177.66's this week, and they seem amazing tbh. Rock solid in all my games (BF2, Crysis, CSS + more!).

Tried them out in Grid for you, got a steady 65/75 FPS on the Okutama Sprint Circuit, with all settings maxed and 8xMSAA. Hope this helps.

any decent sites that do a comparison of about 10 different driver versions? like anandtech used to do with the Detonators a while back

I'm running a GTS320 (slightly slower card) and it seems to handle GRID fine with both 177.35 and 177.66 driver sets.

My attitude with NV drivers is always to install the latest available driver and then go back to the previous one if you encounter any issues. There may be very minor performance gains from older drivers but only a couple of percent

it's running fine, perfectly smooth at 1280x1024, 4xaa , high everything

xfi hardware sound isn't working well though, have to use software mode :/
