Seriously who do i need to kill to get 5.9 outta my CPU?

E8400 @ 3.0Ghz = 5.4

E8400 @ 3.6Ghz = 5.8

E8400 @ 4.05Ghz = 5.8

Gotta be something wrong there.

My brothers quad core 2.5GHz (stock) CPU gets a 5.9.

You may need quad core for a 5.9

my cpu e2180 @ 3.2ghz scores a 5.8. As above must need quad-core to get a 5.9. Arn't they extending the scores to 6.9 or something soon because of new hardware.

Yeah, I heard they were increasing the number as well.

I don't know why they don't just stick it to a maximum of 10. Why on earth did they choose 5.9 as max?

vista scores dont mean much , do some proper benchmarks
