In my plan of having a cheap runabout and then spend countless amounts of cash on my westfield project, i purchased a 1998 306 D'Turbo last night.

Needs a little work as you would expect from a 10 year old car but for £850 you can't complain too much.

The first job however is to change the 17" wheels (205x40) which have been put on it for something a bit smaller. I think the standard wheels are 14" 185x65 but i may go for a 15" set.

Any recommendations for a good looking 14/15" set? if it makes any difference to the decision, the colour is diablo red.

Well then I'd just go for any standard Pug alloy since all of them suits the car with Cyclones being the best

Aftermarket alloys usually just look chav on 306's

the problem i've got is trying to source some which are in decent nick. All the ones i've seen on the auction sites are kerbed real bad.

can you buy them new?

The 5 spoke XSI wheels are quite nice too and im sure a lot cheaper than cyclones :p

Yep another vote for cyclones, they are 15". I have a diablo red ph3 306 with cyclones if you want pics of what they look like.

I got mine from the pug306.net trade section. £200 for 4 with new mid range tyres.
