Here's the rules:
- Has to be in Europe
- If you say Magaluf, is it as bad as people say? (Full of fat English women and men?)
- Has to have tons of stuff to do. I mean clubbing, drinking, museums, night life, tours, generally interesting.
- Have a romantic feel to it. (Two boys and two girls are going. I'm one of the boys. Me and my gf, and the other couple.)
- Good hotels.

I'm looking at £400 including hotel for 7 nights.

I'll do the shopping around; just chuck general ideas and locations at me please. :)

Rimini - cheap tasty food, had a great time a few months back when I went on I <3 Tour with my uni and others. With the summer here, you'll have more tourist rather than drunken students.

It'll be fun, especially for your peer group.

Just don't expect to do shopping as other than food, drinks, living e.t.c, shopping is EXPENSIVE!

500 Euro shoes was a highlight for me...

Sicily. An absurd amount of cultural stuff to do, fun nightlife, great beaches and fantastic food. I stayed in Palermo for six nights and it was brilliant.

Cyprus, Ayia Napa as a base and you can go visit famagusta, im not sure what the current state of play is but when I was last there, cars were allowed certain parts of the town.
Then theres the abundance of bars/clubs a night and boat trips during the day.

Bruges in Belguim!!! (did you see the film a few months ago?) Looks pretty sweet, quote the film "like a fairytail", and has europes only chip museum! (yeah im planning on going there last week of August with my girlfriend), it shouldnt be too expensive either

I'm off to Rovinj in Croatia in a weeks time,

I would check out Croatia it has a lot of history as well as the usual summer holiday stuff. In Croatia the Clubs might not be up to scrath for you though. I much prefer chilling in beach bars watching a sunset myself so not an issue.

Barcelona is possibly the all round safe bet...
