I have a mondeo ST TDCI and I put Diamondbacks on the front a while back haha, they have only lasted 8000 miles and have about 3mm left on them, They are useless in the wet so I decided to put them onto the back and put the pirell rosso's to the front.

went round a corner today and was like wow these things stick on the front then got the shock of my life when the car was going sideways and the whole back end kicked out!

I am thinking about goodyear eagle F1 ASSY have any tried these?? its either a choice out of them and uniroryal rainsport 2's

By the way I am wholesale manager at a big tyre depot and im too tight to put decent stuff on it haha! but ive had a lot of people come back to me and say the F1 ASSYMETRICS are brilliant have anyone else used them??

You are a wholesale manager of a tyre depot and you're asking for advice on a computer forum?

Uniroyal are not very good. Eagle F1s are fantastic but they will also last around 8000 miles on the front. But more importantly:

I love the Eagle F1 Assymetrics, they're great, especially in the wet.

I've put around 7k on my current set so far and there's loads of tread left, they're not even worn enough for me to bother measuring how much I have left and I'm not at all gentle with them either. Can't see the ST TDCI eating them that much faster than my car really.
