Not only is the expansion down... The servers are also offline. Some people have payed and not receive expansions either. MGO has been going crazy since 17th.
At least they're giving us plenty of updates on what is going on.
I know some companys with ridiculous communications... ( COUGH ACTIVISION )
Edit : How is the expansion a rip off? Very good content for that price.

What is survival mode anyway? and why is only playable 3 days a week? lol
well konami have messed this up well and truly as they had during the beta
Yea I don't get why it's so messed up, it's only a simple service really and it's not like they have THAT many people trying to use it.
They should really use the PSN even if it does mean they would lose out on a bit of cash. They could even put MGO itself on PSN as a stand along game, I'm sure that would make up for anything they lost.
MGO's service is a disgrace and the only reason I haven't played it at all in the full game. I can't even sign in despite the website saying it's perfectly ok and aboard board, even letting me sign on over there, with the game saying such an account doesn't exist. Konami support says they are aware of the issue but hasn't done sweet F all about it. I'm incredibly bitter about the whole thing.

They have done a bit. They are allowing certain IPs to download the PAYED pack every hour. My ip was allowed to download at 6-7pm.

I agree with dbm, they should really have had the update on PSN, at the moment its a complete shambles.
