received Akasa Vortexx NEO VGA Cooler but missing parts?

so is all of them like that missing parts?

it's no good to me without the heatsink part. if they send another one maybe it'll be the same?

Send it back to OcUK, but I woudl also email Akasa about it and see what they say.
 
i thought this never came with the RAM heatsinks, i was going to buy one for the GTX 260 if they would fit, when i get it...
 
i've contacted ocuk and they sending a replacemeant on monday. the guy checked another box which as all the parts in it

Mine came with the heatsink in it, unfortunately it was as much use as a red haired stepchild.

Too noisy, dosent cool well enough, putting the fan speed on the stock 4870 to 30% gives a better cooling effect than the vortex at half speed, at standard speed, its far too noisy. Waste of money imo.
