Best place to buy a house in the States?

Hey just wondering where the best place to buy a house in America is. Looking for a summer home and something pretty big!

Upto yet i have looked in Orlando Florida and you can get some very nice villas/houses there for $200,000. 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms ,pool 2,000 Square feet, etc. I'm pretty tempted to go with Florida as I've been there a few times on holiday and i like the place , also the location of some i have seen are only a few miles from Disney land so i could probably rent it out when I'm not using it.

Is there any other states which could compete with Florida for size and "niceness" in the price range of $200,000. I looked in San Diego California but there not as big or nice as Florida.

Thanks .. also would prefer sunny states.

Dont go to florida, The only time its good to buy property there now is if you are among the ellite.

I strongly suggest Georgia, we have brilliant beaches within a 2 hour drives and some of the nicest homes around.
