Does weightlifting make you ruder or just less tolerent to crap?

That's me... he's trying to catching me up ;) :p

Sorry UE couldn't help myself :D

you DO look like someone out of 300, but crossed with someone outta 10,000bc too :D

BTW i dont think i elevate myself above EVERYONE in some sort of arrogant and ignorant way. But surely you feel somewhere deep down that your dedication and ability in weightlifting raises you somewhat above the masses. Saying it doesnt would be like having a 150IQ and considering yourself average. I think its something about being able to take control of yourself and better yourself. Most people struggle to do that because they are weak. And we are not talking just weightlifting here

sup chubby, just saw the pics aswell, was half expecting some sort of perfect physique, just off the set of 300...how wrong was i....:p

not that far wrong, about 8% last i checked. At 9& bf id be as ripped as anyone in 300 although there were some monstrous pecs on dispay in that movie, might take a bit more work. Overall im bigger than a lot of that cast, they werent that big just shredded to hell;

I don't think weighting lifting changes a person, by getting bigger you're just revealing who you really are, a %&$% :D

Still made me giggle lol might have done the same myself ha.

Thats not the point, you dont like people who arent in optimum shape, and your far far from it yourself, you need to understand that your not the BB god that your coming across as in this thread...and I dont think you were 8% in the pics in the other thread...

how often has that happened when you've had a yoghurt in your hand? I'd wager you might want to but would be too afraid of the repercussions

so your were on the phone and eating a youghurt at the same time? Secondly, I dont think you dealt with the repercussions at all : "He gets a headfull of strawberry and mango on his face and stares in disbelief as i yell "I was stopped you old "£$% !" back at him. I climb back in my car and drive off. "

i myself might be sounding rude here but it sounds like your becoming a bit full of yourself, much like i have seen with some other people who have trained religiously, they have started to see themselves as superior to others. maybe training has an affect on the mind ?

and to throw a yoghurt at somebody because they gave you grief? of course thats unacceptable, your lucky you havent been lifted for it

Have to agree with this. Using mobiles in cars is against the law so you were in the wrong. All he did was shout at you. By getting out of the car and throwing a yoghurt at him your're no better than any other thug!

As for the incident re: the pool table, you and your mate are asking for trouble. You need to re-evaluate your behaviour. If you choose to be a bully-boy thug, are you prepared to live with the consequences. In the 2 incidents you describe its fortunate that no-one got hurt.

You might not be so lucky next time!

I'll take that as a compliment nonetheless... don't make me go pre-historic on ya! ;) :p

Very Good post Freefaller, just a small thing to say though, its not really less of a problem at lights, if cops saw him, he would have got points and fine, regardless of whether he was sitting at lights or on the motorway...

I never said it was any less illegal. I just meant that I would have less of a problem with it. I've done too many advanced driving courses etc... to warrant any indiscretion, however I was talking of a personal gripe. I'd be less inclined to gesticulate to someone in a traffic jam sending a text or making a quick call to tell them they are stuck, or indeed at the lights as long as they didn't keep it up as they drove away. Personally I even think hands free kits are just as bad and all phones should just be banned from the car. But this is another debate, and one for Motors not in here.

So we've come to the conclusion that UE went a bit OTT, that most people don't feel unnecessarily aggressive but post work out do feel more pumped up. At least UE was honest in what he did, and people reacted either suitably or unsuitably to his behaviour. We've imparted our opinions, some more balanced than others, some of us have misunderstood his posts and gone off on a tangent, some can relate and appreciate his problem.

I think road rage and people interaction is more than gym related. Obviously gym workouts do affect your hormones and cause chemical imbalances in the body - however I don't think we've got enough info in this thread to say it's directly related.

Maybe UE was just having a bad day.

Weightlifting hasn't made me rude and I don't see any reason why it would ever have that effect on anyone

I'd also say I was more tolerant to crap now because my size and strength makes me far more capable of causing serious damage to someone if I ever lost it.

lol course not! christ im like 18% If i was 8% i would look like the dudes in 300

I agree with Ultra Extreme. That guy should mind his own buisness. Yeh if hes on a motorway then maybe he should be called a ****.

Good on you for throwing the yoghurt.

Anyone actually know what the protein content of semen is? I always thought of 'having a protein shake' being a euphemisim for a woman giving mouth sex. Obviously now that seems utterly bizzarre as i drink so many. But the question remains, is there a significant protein content to our little soldiers?

LOL

And for those of you who wrote in asking if semen is a good source of protein, its protein content is roughly equivalent to that found in the egg white of a large egg. So she's probably best off sticking with eggs.

[edit] christ dont read the comments i nearly spewed just now. I dont think there are any rule breakers but pretty gross tbh
