Its really quite simple if you ask me:

update on 2nd page!!!!!

To be a good tennet, you tidy you No Swearing after you made your mess, be quite in the late night, pay your rent and dont No Swearing off your landlord.

This was the note when i came back home tonight. I currently live in a 3 bedroom house with two other occupents, one being another tennent like me and the other the landlord.

The landlord doesn't sleep here at his house often because his Mrs has a house on the other side of the village so its mainly me and my other tennent.

To get to the point, she's a bit of a chav, talks like a chav, walks like a chav, eats McDonalds like a Chav and walks around with music blasting like a chav. So Friday night she decides to have a few friends over (well its not a friend its more like her cousin and a work collegue she's known for about a month) They drink, play music, smoke outside the house and general up to no good. I wasn't involved with any of this because i was working at my 2nd job on that Friday night and came home to a No Swearing up and puking house mate.

Anyway didn't think much off it, they left or it went quite shortly after 2. Made mess as usual but i'm not going to pick up and clean up the mess.

Just came home and found that note on the kitchen table. Laughed at it and walked into my room.

I wouldn't laugh it off if I were you. You've got a pretty good chance of being kicked if the landlord's sister can head over and do whatever she wants with you saddling the blame for it.

Why can't people talk like adults rather than writing petty notes. Hate that - especially with the inability to write within the ruled lines!

Was it aimed at the OP? I got the impression it was aimed at the other tennent?

Correct, you see the blured out bit at the top where it usually has the persons name?

Well its got the other tennents name. And he knows its not me because he can see that i'm not that type of person to have people over at people's house when the landlord just lives a couple streets away!

If you're a paying tenant in a house share, why on earth would he want to speak with your/her parents?! LOL

Because when the other house tennet (she) moved in, her parents found this house for rent for her and wanted a landlord who actually lived at the address rather than sub letting.

Considering she's a chav would it be "parents" or "parent"? :D Only joking.

If I were you, I'd personally have a word with the landlord to stress the fact that you weren't involved and you were less than impressed upon arriving home from work (even if that's a lie). It'll get you brownie points with them and who knows, maybe they'll decide to kick the chav bint out and you'll get a decent housemate. :)
