I've used them before and they're pretty decent. The only reason I'm not with them any more is that the sites I'm hosting have become high-traffic and I have my doubts as to their ability to handle them. (And their over-limit charges)

However for small-medium sites they're very very good.
 
I used them before however I got irritated when I could not download my emails into outlook from the webmail account because they were marked as read. CS said there is nothing they can do.
