But yeah, the biggest issue we find is that they just don't take responsibility for anything. If you're a home user with Dell, your experience is probably not gonna be that great.
Thats the main problem.. I have spoken to a few folks in ireland too and they dont give a stuff either mind.. I am hoping im going to get a refund now (trading standards advised me its within my rights at this point, and I wrote to dell head office already, just waiting on a reply). Never buying Dell again.
It is so frustrating I just want to hang up on 90% of the people I have spoken to. I have managed to be perfectly civil to every person I spoke too, but I have been close to losing it a few times
