Ok so I thought I'd comment on each game you posted. The end result is pretty conclusive... most games coming soon will be crap! Certainly far from dead, but theres just a huge shortage of great games I feel. Also a lot of your dates are wrong!

Mercenaries 2 looks awesome to me, the world is completely destroyable, the gfx are nice, it has co-op and just looks like a superb action game with a bit of freedom to me...
and empire total war poor?
M2tw and rome were superb, this is probably only an improvement as it has colonization in and ship combat...
also what's wrong with ports ? Devil may cry 4 is a port yet it's superb. GTA VC, SA are ports and are the best games ever made...
and I disagree with :
RA3: I agree the resources (gathering) are fubar, but that aside it looks superb...
Flatout uc: I agree with you opninion, just not with the reasoning, what's wrong with it being ported, what's wrong about the looks ? I just don't like the fact it's like a small update to Flatout 2, which was superb, should have made flatout 3 instead though...
Warhammer dawn of war 2: Never seen the appeal in the series, I loved RTS since the early days but the warhammer series just look boring to me...
That aside, the rest is pretty much spot on and agree with all else...

No ty, cod2 and cod4 were console nerfed enough for my tastes, lets go back to how cod1 was.

Been looking at some trailers for these games.
Tiberium looks amaizing and the multiplayer could be absolutely unreal as long as they get it right.
Deep space looks like an interesting title and well worth a look in.
Singularity looks very interesting indeed, looks to have a good story and decent concept.
C&C RA3 should be good though might be a disappointment, id like it to be great and will be keeping my fingers crossed.
Alan wake is one of my top titles, this should be awesome and have great awesomeness lol!

Where did you get Diablo 3 and Aion release dates ? they havnt even been announced yet :S
And im pretty sure we could add at least 5 months extra to each of them.
Aion is still in closed beta, then open beta, final tweaks.... a lot more than 3 months

And diablo 3 is in like alpha version, and blizzard always gives us fake dates.
Give me one example of blizzard releasing something on their first announced date...
Diablo 2 has been moved like 5 times for almost extra year overall.
And im pretty sure we could add at least 5 months extra to each of them.

I think you need to take a break from PC gaming for a bit mate. There's some brilliant sounding stuff coming up, you just sound burnt out on PC gaming.
