i replaced my 106 Gti after 9 years!

I really don't like the mini's steering wheel. Looks really weird with just the 2 spokes and the random bloatyness of the airbag unit. Other than that, looks nice :)
 
Nice, actually been looking around at these with a more open mind as of late (in Grey, Silver or Black) and this is pushing me near the edge :D The only thing really playing on my mind is the speedo placement, or does it fall into line of vision in the car? :)
 
The interior and ride quality is a different world to a 106 gti..
and you can get them a smidge over 200 bhp without trying very hard at all. ;) ;)
 
I like the Mini's and they are great fun, but the 106 GTi if in good shape was an exceptional little hot hatch from the old school and probably the last good Pug together with the GTi-6 306. Mini is of course the better car all round but the little Pug is sharper.
 
that will be much later, i can't afford anything for some time.

My GTi has only done 52k miles since i got it 9 years ago.

Never got round to modding the GTi, spent to much time repairing it!
