Kids have stood on my car!

Some little kid has walked up the bonnet of my car and onto the roof, guessing about age 12 by the size of the footprints.

After two hours tcutting the scratches out and rewaxing, I've found:
The bonnet is pretty distorted and will probably have to replace that, but i'm most worried about the roof - there are several foot size distortions that are visible when you walk around the car in the reflections. Can anything be done about these? even if I they could get to the back of the panel can it be rolled back to perfect flat?

I live in a small village, with only a few kids of that age - have tried knocking round but nobody is even willing to quiz their little toerags.

They will come back to have a look at some point, no way they should be allowed to get away with this i would have called the cops and tryed to get someone to take fingerprints, not sure what good that would do but it sounded like a good idea in my head.

police would not be interested, could not see any damage until it was cleaned, and even now it's not in your face obvious - but as I've only had the car a few weeks and had spent 2 years finding one in pristine condition you could say i'm livid.

Setup some cheap CCTV discreetly pointing at the car. Next time one of the little darlings tries anything send it, along with his details, to your insurance company - I'm sure they'll have ways and means of extracting some financial revenge for you (and/or making the police take it seriously).

Provided its just dents and not proper metal folds use the air duster trick, should do the job.

you think thats bad, went out into works car park a while back and little kid from next door was climbing my boss's Ferrari 360CS bonnet. Think he thought it was a slide

Happend to me a few years ago when I had the MG, not much I could do. One of the idiots I knew form the cafe next door decided he would fix the dent in the roof by kicking the inside of my roof lining to get the dent out. Surprisingly it worked but left a big hold in my lining.

This happened to the other half's bright yellow 106GTI this year. 2 different sets of footprints going up the bonnet, up the windscreen along the roof and using the spoiler as a springboard. 1 of the little ****s also had the courtesy to perform something along the lines of Michael Jackson moonwalk spin while up there judging by the damage..........

On a lads holiday a while ago, one of our group was a bit too wasted and decided to run up a cop car. Cue 2 cops beating the **** out of him until our group pleaded with them to stop. Still laugh about it now.
